Skedgi is published by DolphyTech ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.
Skedgi is a scheduling and small-business organization tool. AI-assisted capture is a convenience that you review before saving — you are responsible for confirming dates, amounts, invoice figures, and tax rates before relying on them or sending them to customers. Skedgi does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice; its invoices and exports are records you create, not professional filings.
Skedgi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription — $9.99/month, or $69.99/year with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase (or after the trial). Plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. The free plan is not time-limited. Prices shown in the app and Apple's purchase sheet control if a storefront's local price differs.
Free includes 10 AI captures per month; Pro includes up to 1,500 per month. Automated, bulk, or abusive use of the capture service may also be throttled to keep the service reliable.
Forecasts are provided for planning convenience and must not be used for emergency, safety-critical, or life-saving decisions. YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
Your schedule, customer, and money data is yours and stays on your device, except jobs you choose to dispatch to a crew, which sync through our dispatch server as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for handling your customers' contact details lawfully — including when you share them with your crew by dispatching a job. If you run a crew, you confirm you're entitled to share the customer details you dispatch.
AI-generated drafts and answers may be incomplete or wrong. Review dates, addresses, customer details, amounts, and recommendations before saving or acting. AI features are optional and subject to the provider and retention disclosure shown before you enable them and in the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old to enable or use Skedgi's cloud AI features.
Skedgi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed appointments, billing errors, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You can stop using Skedgi at any time — your data exports from Settings whenever you want it.
